Background

Sundhedscentret offers help to quit smoking and using nicotine to everyone who lives or works in Sønderborg Municipality. In our cessation courses there are no scare campaigns. In a cessation course you get help to plan the quitting, so you are prepared to handle your reactions on the day you give up tobacco, e-cigarettes, snus or other nicotine products. We work on keeping up motivation and getting safely through the quitting process. You can find more information about the municipality’s cessation offers on the municipality’s website.

The offer is for you who smoke, use e-cigarettes, vapes, puff bars, heets, snus or other nicotine products.
