About the band

The performance is by Spektakel & co., a theatre group that turns political concepts into playful, humorous scenes.

Background

The set is a giant board game run by the Speaker of the Folketing, a spin doctor and “Municipal-Karen”. Three volunteer parties compete in disciplines like “Hang on lamp post”, “Fish votes” and “Fight for causes”. Concepts such as vote-swallower, sofa voter and power balance are given a humorous treatment.
