Koncertsalen Alsion
In Danish
A concert by the Danish band TV2. It takes place in Koncertsalen Alsion. Tickets are required to attend.
Note: TV2 is a famous Danish pop-rock band formed in Aarhus in 1981, called "Denmark's happiest band"; because of the mundane nature of the songwriting in the first songs, TV-2 used to refer jokingly to themselves as "Denmark's most boring band".
Original text: Following the album release “Som Om Vi Ikke Har Mere At Sige” and their biggest headline concert ever at Royal Arena, TV-2 returns to concert and cultural venues with a seated, intimate and semi-acoustic concert format in autumn 2026. And that naturally includes Koncertsalen Alsion.
“Som om vi ingen øjne har
som om vi ikke ser hvad der sker
Som om vi kender alle svar
som om vi ikke kan undres mer”
With a career spanning four decades, and where the same four band members – Steffen Brandt, Hans Erik Lerchenfeld, Sven Gaul and Georg Olesen – have been the focal point, TV-2 is a rarity on the Danish music scene. Their ability to comment on love, contemporary society and everyday life, wrapped in warm humor and sharp satire, makes them as relevant as ever – perhaps even more so than when they started.
The band, formed in 1980, has been one of the most prominent voices in Danish music – and now they are ready to write another chapter in their impressive history with their largest indoor concerts to date. In 2026, TV-2 will take the stage in eight concert halls, and these concerts will be a rare moment for both new and old fans to experience Denmark’s happiest orchestra.
