Exhibition learning how neurodivergent children are treated in Danish schools, and how people grow up with dyslexia as a superpower. Once you do the "dyslexia exam" you get a result which can be green, yellow or red. In "Follow the green way" we go through all the different ways and can also participate in the final artworks. About the author: Julie Nymann (b. 1987) is a multidisciplinary visual artist and a graduate of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts (2024). She also holds a certificate in photography from the International Center of Photography in New York (2012). Julie Nymann’s works have been exhibited both nationally and internationally, and she has received several awards. She serves on the Ordvrider Advisory Board and is a role model for Styrk Dine Styrker, where she advocates for better conditions for people with dyslexia. Nymann’s own dyslexia is a driving force behind the development of her practice, in which she works to create a unique visual and sensory imagery that challenges a text-centered society.
